How do I gift items?
To send your friend an item as a gift in the game, go into the shop, find the item you’d like to give them, and click the Gift button on the item icon. Enter in your friends account name (in game name), and a message for them. The gifting system is NOT caps sensitive, but be careful to type the correct name in. You cannot gift someone an item that they already own.
What are Carats?
Carats are the credits you earn throughout the game. You gain carats from doing well in Rumble, Battle, and Adventure mode fights, and can exchange them for new clothing, ExoCores, accessories, fighting styles, and more!
What are Astros?
Astros represent the currency of OGPlanet and is purchased using real currency. Can I sell items I have purchased?
Yes. A Carat item sells for one-quarter of its original price. You can sell back items purchased with Astros in exchange for Carats too. To see how much an Astro item can be sold for, multiply its original value by 40. Example: An item that costs 3000 carats will sell for 750 carats. An item that costs 30 Astros will sell for 1200 Carats. In order to sell an item in your inventory, check the resell box on its item icon, and then click the Resell button towards the top right of your screen. You can sell multiple items at once by checking the resell button of different items, then clicking Resell. You can also sell multiple quantities of those items if you have more than one.

How come I can't gift an item to my friend?
There can be many reasons that your gift is not going through to your friend. First, make sure that you and your friend are qualified to send/receive the item, and that the sender has enough Carats/Astros to purchase the item. Certain items require you to be a certain level, a certain class, or other specifications. Next, make sure that you are entering the correct username (in game name) of the person you are gifting to. Third, the receiver of the gift may already have the specific item in their inventory and cannot receive it anymore. Lastly, the person you are gifting to may not even be a registered player. If any of these situations do not apply to you, please contact our help desk with your gifting issue.

- Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Disk Cleanup
- Reinstall Rumble Fighter

Virus
- Scan your computer for any viruses.

Re-Downloading

I keep getting a disconnection error.
Make sure there is a clear connection to the servers. To do this, allow access through any firewall or antivirus you may have and turn off any other third party software.
I can’t log on to the server after the update.
First, check if version of client is up to date. When opening Rumble Fighter, it will automatically patch to the latest version. If it doesn’t patch automatically then you can patch it manually by clicking on the patch button or downloading the latest game patch from the website.
I keep receiving a hackshield error.
Please run this Hack Shield update to solve this issue.

C:\Program Files\OGPlanet\RumbleFighter\hackshield\hsupdate.exe

Please ensure there aren’t any other programs that may interfere with our game, such as antivirus, antispyware and firewall utilities and/or programs. Also make sure you are logged in as an Administrator.
I continually lag while playing in matches or boss mode.
Please take note that the majority of latency problems are not due to our game servers as our online component is based on peer-to-peer connections. Please ensure that your computer is not running any programs in the background, especially those that actively access the web. If you are unsure of the type/speed of your current connection, there are plenty of online speed tests that will gauge your bandwidth for you. If the problem is not due to your internet connection, the lag you experience may possibly be the result of your distance from the room master or the other players in the room.

Please also ensure that any other programs are not interfering with the game and make sure that any antivirus, antispyware, and firewall utilities or programs are disabled or have Rumble Fighter on the exceptions list, so that there is a straight connection to our servers.
I cannot run or jump diagonally. How do I fix this?
This issue usually happens with older models of keyboards. Depending on your brand of keyboard, each keyboard can only compute a certain amount of key presses at the same time. If your keyboard is a newer model or is a gaming keyboard, please make sure that the keyboard is working properly.
I’m stuck in window mode and cannot click on any of the navigation buttons or revert to full screen!
To use full screen mode, follow these instructions exactly, as if they are not followed correctly it can lead to serious problems on your computer.

1. Click Start -> Run
2. Type "regedit" (without quotations)
3. Extend (click the + sign) HKEY_CURRENT_USER
4. Extend Software
5. Extend Nimonix
6. Open Rumble Fighter
7. There should be an entry at the bottom called WindowedSecret of REG_DWORD type.
8. Double click it, and change the value from 1 to 0.
9. Press OK and run Rumble Fighter.

Note: Some Vista users will need to input the RUN tool by going to your control panel and going into the "Taskbar and Start Menu". You will need to click on "Customize" and scroll down until you find the "Run Command". Check it and apply, and then follow the instructions above.
I try to launch the game, but the website keeps popping up.
Sometimes, the launcher won't work unless the website is running. Try opening Rumble Fighter's website (http://rf.ogplanet.com/home.html) and then attempt to launch the game again.
I can’t see health bars, character names, or other elements of the user-interface (UI).
This issue is due to a new feature of being able to enable/disable your user interface. While in-game just press the PgUp button on the keyboard and you can toggle your UI on and off.
I keep getting a "cannot receive file index from the server" message.
This error usually shows up if you are not connected to the internet. Other conditions may be a closed firewall and antivirus, a slow internet connection, or you are trying to play during server maintenance. Make sure you have a strong internet connection and are allowing your RF client access through any firewall or antivirus.
I keep getting a DirectX error.
This error mainly occurs if you have an outdated version of DirectX. Sometimes if it is not DirectX, it may be because your operating system along with video and sound drivers are not up to date. Please visit the Microsoft website, or run Windows Update to make sure your computer is running the most up-to-date service packs and important files. Furthermore, please check with your video and sound driver’s manufacturer website to download the latest drivers for your correct model sound and video cards.
I keep getting a ‘Suspected Macro function is detected’ error.
This mainly happens when you have background (third-party) applications running while you’re playing Rumble Fighter. Some applications may conflict with RF and causing it to close or provide a macro error. This also includes any firewalls that do not open an exception for the RF Client. Close all third-party applications and try launching your RF client again.

Another case may be your keyboard has multiple macro functions (example, most gaming keyboards). If you have installed your keyboard drivers using the CD that came with it, we suggest you un-install the drivers and utilize the basic plug-and-play option from the keyboard.

In order to sell an item in your inventory, check the resell box on its item icon, and then click the Resell button towards the top right of your screen. What is "Rebirth" and how can I use it?
Rebirth is one of Rumble Fighter's newer features. It allows a user to choose between fast recovery or a permanent critical hit boost! Once you reach level 25, you will be allowed to use the "Rebirth" system after purchasing it from the shop. After purchase, you will be prompted to select 2 sub classes, Assassin or Saver. If you choose Assassin, the critical hit boost activation will happen automatically, and remain active until it is switched for Saver. Saver, on the other hand, allows for faster recovery by pressing the Grab command upon landing on the ground.

What’s a Guild?
A Guild is a group of players, usually led by a single player, who’ve banded together under a common interest. Be it a mutual love for all things blue, a penchant for laughter, or just because they enjoy kicking butt at Demolition, a Guild is just a place for people to chat and hang out with a bunch of others who enjoy the things they do.
How do I join a Guild?
Hit the “Menu” button on the bottom menu bar and click on “Guild.” You will be taken to a separate screen where you can apply for various Guilds, search for a specific Guild, manage a Guild (if you are a Guild leader), or leave, or even disband, your Guild. Before joining a Guild, it is proper to notify your prospective Guild’s leader or vice-leader. Once you know which Guild you’re going to apply for, search up the name and click “Apply.” Your application will be sent and left for a Guild leader or vice-leader to approve. Once you’ve gone through, congratulations! You’ve just joined a Guild!
What’s a Guild War?
A Guild War is a crucible where various Guilds can pit their members against other Guilds in a challenge to rise to the top. Guild Wars are played as Team Battles with four members of one guild on one team, and four members of another guild on another team. Only certain maps may be played on for a Guild War (e.g. Glacier Cove, but not Moonlight Valley). Winning a Guild War brings great rewards. For one, your Guild’s rank will increase with each Guild War you successfully win. Each character’s info box also includes their “LP” (short for Ladder Points), which ranks up as one continues to win at Guild Wars. Be careful, though! You can also lose LP, which will reflect on your Guild’s standing!
How can I change my Guild's logo?
To change your Guild's logo, you need to purchase the Guild Mark Change item in the in-game Store. Once you have the item, you will need to access the Guild Menu. Click the top tab labeled Guild and then Guild Management at the bottom left of the screen. Select the option Change Guild Emblem. Click on Private Guild and you can browse your computer for a guild logo. Once you have selected one, you click Upload and then Confirm.

What is considered hacking?
Hacking is using a program or a hook to alter the game and give yourself an advantage over the other players in the server. A hacking program can be as innocent as a calculator, since even though it doesn't hook into the game's code, it is still giving yourself an unfair advantage over other players. You should only use the knowledge you are given and learn to play the game at your own pace.

Can I trade items with my friends?
Currently items cannot be traded, but you are able to trade with users by gifting each other the items you want. When undergoing a trade, ensure that you make a trade agreement that specifies which items each player will be receiving and have both players agree to it.

I try to launch the game, but the website keeps popping up.
